If you are thinking that a club is a place where you can spend a few minutes and walk out with a hot chick, you are kidding yourself. Just the same, the club is a great place to train for picking up girls. There you can practice your approach while enjoying some success. There are certainly other places where you can meet women: parks, beaches, various stores. And approaching women in these places is really quite a bit easier than doing so in a club, due to the fact that they will not be so on guard. When you choose to seek companionship in a club, you are making the choice that will present you with the greatest challenge and a smaller likelihood of success.
When a woman enters a club, she is ready mentally for what may go down. She understands that she may be approached by bunches of men and she knows how to turn away those who do not make a good first impression. Essentially, women in a club situation are on their guard from the minute they walk in the door. Given that, it is not such a good idea to make an outright attempt to pick them up. What the club environment IS good for, is learning what works when it comes to taking a woman home for the night.
The club atmosphere is by its nature obfuscating, what with all the smoke, darkness, and the din of music. This does not make it easy to maintain a conversation with a woman. You find you have to lean in to make yourself heard. Of course, you can also lean out to blend back into the background, especially when you have been turned away. This is good, because you are able to take advantage of the environment to become invisible until you deal with the rejection and are ready to try again. Nobody will take any note of you and the success or failure of your operations. You can quickly recover, and go on to your next experiment in engagement.
Fortunately, it is highly unlikely that you will encounter the girl who turned you down last week at this same club. You need not be concerned about an obvious snub affecting your opportunities to engage a new clubber. One thing is for sure, any frequent clubber chick is going to be totally aware of your status among the other women in the club. When she sees you rejected, she will take the cue to do the exact same thing if you try to break into her intimate circle. Don’t blame her for trying to keep up her competitive status.
Look, my man, you are going to get into all kinds of crap when you use the club to train for your “bluebeard” role. And that ain’t bad. All those turn downs from all those club chicks are going to toughen you up for action in the field (the community college, the city park, the local Kroger). If you can score in the club, well, hey, you are good to go out in the less challenging 20’s. Oh, another tip for ya: get some help with your talking points by hitting the Internet sites trying to clue you on “conversing”.
